What's it like to live in Faversham?

Is there much greenery in the area? Is it an area on the up?

    Faversham is great because everything is so close!, M2, the coast, Canterbury/Sittingbourne and great access to everything by train too yet you are in the middle of the countryside!. We have 3 supermarkets now as well as the town centre & market. Plenty of pubs and cafe but no nightclubs. A really nice place to live.

    I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or police.gov to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.

    Faversham has great transport links (St Pancras and Victoria services), M2 etc, historic houses, great community feel, sports facilities (rugby, cricket, riding, golf, swimming etc), good food shops, cafes, pubs, plus it's really close to both the sea and the countryside (beaches 10-20 mins, country walks 10mins). Now also has a growing artistic community centred around Creek Creative plus significant number of musicians living here. And there is a choice of good schools either in town or within easy reach.
