What's it like to live in Holywell?

Is there much greenery in the area? Are the people friendly?

  Holywell is a beautiful small town, close to seaside resorts - however, some of the areas have become a bit run down - I would strongly suggest you check out the area of the property your looking at - call there at night as well as during the day and ask in local shops etc
