How do I get a quick sale in Folkestone?

I'm looking for a quick sale for my 2 bedroom maisonette in the town centre of Folkestone, value around £100k

    The market is moving so correctly priced property will sell wuickly, only accept an offer from a buyer who can move quickly and insist on 28 day exchange of contracts. Otherwise you could auction it but i believe you will get a better price via private treaty.

    I think a property around 100k will sell fast. Maybe sell it privately so you don't have agents fees and keep the price realistic. People want to be in for xmas, good time to sell.

    I'm afraid price is key. There are buyers out there but they are excercising the right of choice. Simply if it appears better value than the others competing in the price range you will sell quickly.
