  I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are, this will also give you a guide to house prices and movement of the market within the area. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

  Hello. Fowey in the summer is a lively town with tourists. In the winter it's dead with little to do. St Austell the main town, is approx 7 miles away, buses run regularly.
