On the market and all they do is keep asking for me to reduce my price, with no viewings and no feedback, who to use now?

They are giving you feedback - your price is too high!

Agree with above. You could try another agent but if you are not selling, or more to the point not getting viewings, the price is most likely too high.

It is a very price driven market if you are not even getting viewings i agree with the previous answers, do your own research and be honest with yourself what is actually selling and at what price then place yours on the market for this figure and no more. Property are selling and a lot are getiing very close to if not there asking prices if that is set at the right level.

Agree with all of the above. If viewings are not occuring, it may be useful to suggest lowering the price slightly. It may be an option to consult different agencies to see what they value your property at. It is not always best thought to go with the best agency that is offering you the most money, as it is good to take into consideration all factors. It may also help to ask for a professional photographer to take pictures of the apartment, and maybe spending a little on soft furnishings to help spruce the property up a little.
