The cost of garden land?
We are in discussions regarding a piece of our next door neighbours land aprox. dims of 19 x 8 metres & was wondering what aprox. value of this? Land is layed as lawn.

I would ask a local agent or get a survayer to value it.

The value can be calculated as the difference between the gain in value to you property and the loss in value to your neighbours property. Without knowing more it is impossible to say for sure e.g. If you currently have no garden then gaining a garden will have a significant difference to the value of your house. Wheras if you already have a large garden the value will be negligable.
