Finding a New Home in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire?
I own my home outright, and have done since 2004, it is an ex-council house which I don't believe will raise that much revenue towards the next house however it still should be a good downpayment at the very least, this house I own is far too small for our needs. My wife and I are both mid-forties and have part-time jobs on minimum wages, the total hours work out to be 41, what chance do I have of getting a valuation of our current house and eventually a mortgage after the sale of our current house, in order to get a house more sizeable for our needs?

I would advise you to speak to an independent mortgage broker.
