Is Kilsyth a good place to live?
We currently live in Rutherglen and love it, but we both commute to Fife for work. I was looking at areas in between Glasgow and Fife (along the M80) as we don't want to be too far away from our friends and family, but a bit closer to work would reduce our commute. I don't know the area at all. If there are other areas along that way that you could recommend I would appreciate your advice. We are hoping to start a family soon so schools are important.

Hi, I live in Moodiesburn which is about 15 mins from Kilsyth. Moodiesburn is central for all routes. There are 2 schools, some shops, takeaways, doctors, dentist, hairdressers and a few pubs. If you want to know anymore just ask!
