Who owns 227 Kinnell Avenue, Flat 1/1. G52?

  This is my standard answer which I think applies: Get an index map search done at the Land Registry (£5). Then unless the owners have owned it more than thirty years it will very likely be registered. Then obtain a copy of the registers for the property from the Land Registry (£8-16 probably) and the proprietorship register will tell you who owns it and you can possibly work out from that for how long they have owned it
