  • Difficult to say good or bad, because it depends on many things. Is it a high turnover because there are less family sized homes? Are there people in short term positions in the work place? Has the neighbourhood gone downhill in general. There can be simple reasons, or more ominous ones. When you think about how many reasons people have for moving, it can be coincidence that one street has a higher turnover than the next.
