In the Zoopla house valuation, what is the 'total internal usable floor area'? Is it the net internal area or the gross internal area? Does it refer to a RICS standards?

  • The total internal usable floor area is the space inside the property that can be used as living space. You could call this the net area. It will usually exclude areas such as walls and space with limited head room.
