Where can I obtain the best rental yields?
I am looking to purchase property around £200,000 and was wondering where in the UK (south) the best rental yields are or where would be a good source for this information. Thank you.

Woking is undergoing significant redevelopment at the current time and with its excellent rail link into London, gross yields in excess of 6% can be readily acheived.
