  • The date should be on the deeds, which you should have a copy of. Or you can go to the council and see when the building was signed of under the building regs. This will give you an indication of how old the property is.

  • Cornwall Close was built in the late 1940's / early 1950's

  • The only way to be sure of an area is to visit it. I would suggest visiting at the weekend, maybe a saturday afternoon/evening, then one evening during the week and then one day during the week (rush hour would be good.)
