Certainly post 1925 as its cavity wall construction. The red rosemary tiles are pre 1939 (they would be concrete if they were post war. The bay window would be circular if it were late 1920's - in your case its diangnoal .. so without looking at your deeds .. I would guess mid/late 1930's
