Who owns 80 Butchers Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands?

    Check with the local land registry and run a search or go into the butchers and ask him who the landlord is.

    Please have a look at the link attached. You can find this out for a small fee (£4.00) on the land registry site. If it is a Butchers shop (?) then by all means ask but if it is a home, probably not the best idea to knock on the door and ask. If you are looking to buy the property then you could drop a polite letter through the door with your contact details asking them to contact you if they are interested in selling.
