If the stream is flowing through next to the property, does it affect the property price.
am planning to buy a property in HA3. There is a potential on the side of the property for development/extension in future subject to planning permission. Considering this potential I have made an offer on puchase price. Secondly very next to this property a stream is flowing through. I am not sure but the name of the stream is I guess "The Wealdstone Brook". My question is because of this stream, may I have a problem in planning permission in future for petential development ?? Do I consider that land on the side of the property as a future potential ?? Because considering that potential property price is decided. Is there any requirment by Brent Council that you can not build or develop in certain distance of such stream?? Because of this stream is there any effect on the property price considering flood risk and environmental survey ??
