Which area is best to invest in prop to let out, £130k-£160k?

My daughter is looking to purchase her 1st property to rent out. Value Approx £140-160K. What area is best to invest? She is looking to rent it out. Where is the best clientele for renting?

  Hi, what area are you looking to buy to let? Did you have an area in mind? Have you started looking at buy to let properties? The closer you buy in London, you tend to achieve more rental value.
