How do I find out when a piece of land "The Greens" at Appersett was last sold?

Hi. I am the local estate agent in Hawes. The Greens as a piece of land does not ring any bells at the moment. Can you give me a bit more info. Is it farmland, the village green, or a property. I could easily ask a local resident if that would be helpful. Brian Carlisle.

As long as the property is registered then you will be able to obtain a copy of the title deeds from your local Land Registry office or office. I’ve posted the link below - they cost £4
