Value of garden land in Haywards Heath
I live next to land where the developers Crest Nicholson are building but the land next to my garden is unused and is approx 5 x 15 metres, so no value to them but would be a good addition to the garden. It would probably need £10k of landscaping costs by them and further maintenance costs to make it attractive and keep it attractive for new build properties. Is there a way of valuing the land?
