Emms Lane is a rural Lane, with a mixture of period and more modern properties running from Barns Green Village to Brooks Green, a small hamlet of properties dispersed around a cross roads. Properties are of good size with large gardens. Brooks Green Park approx halfway along the lane is a part residential site for Park Homes and Holiday caravans. Three pubs serve the area, a village store in Barns Green and railway stations at Billingshurst and Christs Hospital cater for comuters. Horsham is approx 5 miles away.
