Retirement properties

Can you please tell me what is different about a property that is listed as 'retirement'? I see there is a separate option to include 'retirement properties'.

  • Hi Sandy, some agents use this to indicate that it is suitable for retirement ie small garden or a bungalow etc. Usually though they mean that it is in a block or area where there is a minimum age for occupants, often 55+. Good luck! Jonathan :-)
