    It is a very pleasant estate to live on. The neighbours are always happy to help out. The neighbours are very friendly, I've lived on this estate for 40 yrs, it still remains the same now as what it was like 20 yrs ago, not every estate can say that

    I used to live there and it is very nice. Park is quiet and gives you a pleasant outlook. Diverse community who take pride in the area. Good transport links and generally considered to be a very nice area.
