Land is often difficult to find and indeed many websites which offer it will charge you a subscription. By all means try the above together with plot search and property browser. Us auctioneers often dispose of land so keep an eye on your local auction houses and other than that is probably a case of getting to know your local estate agents well, however in most cases they will want to secure any resales so building to sell rather than live in will be their primary concern.
