Hunstanton is very friendly - people have time to chat to you. The residents are from all parts of the UK so there are not many typical Norfolk people here. It is the nicest town around here. The council do an excellent job of keeping it clean and tidy, and the public litter bins are emptied every day. It doesn't attract rowdy youngsters, as there is not much night life. But we do have a few restaurants and bars, and a very good bowling alley. Also the Oasis centre where you can keep fit or swim. Great public transport links - much better than many of the towns and villages around here. Some don't even have a bus a day!
And we have good schools, so many of the pupils come on the school bus from as far as King's Lynn.
Of course, you have a super clean beach, and amazing sunsets.

I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or police.gov to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.

We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area.
You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page.
We hope this helps.
