I want a property with my own fishing rights.
Can you own a piece of land with a pond and fish without a licence? If so, where do I find such a property? It must be a pond fed by a natural water source.

I have added a link to help answer questions regarding a fishing licence. To find such properties, you need to contact estate agents in the areas you are interested in. Or do a Google search.
