  • Kettering is a vibrant town, good mix of shops and easy to park for the town centre. there is a good mix of housing ranging from flats and victorian style terraces in the town centre to established developments like the popular Ise lodge and modern redevelopment such as around the Leisure Village. A14 gives great access to M1/M6 and there are plenty of country villages with nice pubs and Restaurants. Information about Tresham College can be found at all in all, a popular market town with plenty to do.

  • The town centre is typical of many towns - a bit lonely and run down in places. The old market area ( not a market place anymore) has been given a face lift and has is improving slowly. Kettering has lost some of its unique shops, but the Continental Markets add interest and flavour to the High Street. There is a direct line to London and the North. Wicksteed Park is a popular children's park and is a lovely place to visit for all the family. Kettering is still a good place to live- lots of good schools and places to visit locally, and rural walks are not far away.
