Leasehold owner of 2 Erica Close

I want to contact the leaseholder of 2 Erica Close, DY11 5HU as I wish to purchase the house and hopefully the leasehold too. No-one seems to know who it is, which is most frustrating. Mucklows the original leaseholder, sold it onwards 30 years ago as I've asked them.

  Try checking on the land registry site - this will cost you around £4.
