Is £20,000 under an asking price a reasonable offer?

Start low and work your way up,£10,000 expected id say but you want to start low because they might jump at your offer if theyve been up for ages.Good luck.......nothing ventured nothing gained.x

It might depend on the asking price of the property. Usually 10% off is a good place to start negotiations.

I would suggest an offer of around 5% - 10% below the asking price will be a good place to start. Hopefully you get the property you're looking for!
