  • Start low and work your way up,£10,000 expected id say but you want to start low because they might jump at your offer if theyve been up for ages.Good luck.......nothing ventured nothing gained.x

  • It might depend on the asking price of the property. Usually 10% off is a good place to start negotiations.

  • I would suggest an offer of around 5% - 10% below the asking price will be a good place to start. Hopefully you get the property you're looking for!
