Leasehold or freehold? who knows whats best?
If we buy a leasehold property ie: a flat. what are we responsible for building wise and what can and can't we do to the property? Is a leasehold property a good investment or should we always look for a freehold one which is what we have up for sale now?

Freehold is the best over leasehold as you have control over everything.
