I have a tenanted house for sale. I can sell with or without tenant. How do I discuss it with you?

Whether you sell the property with or without a tenant depends upon the buyer you are targeting. If you are selling with a tenant then your buyer will be an investor, without you could sell to a homeowner and/or an investor. It is important to get local advice from agents who know your area and your market and would be best placed to advise you.

Its normally best to be vacant than with a tenant dependant on the price you want
