Convenient transport, bus & rail. Variety of shops in Lancing Village, ie Asda,Co-Op, Boots and smaller shops, butchers, bakers, etc. South Lancing has the beach good for surfers and doesnt get crowded like Brighton (room to sit). Brooklands Lake with childrens play facilities and boating and golf course. Coastal path for walking and cycle. Fish sold off beach nearby. Sussex Downs within walking distance. We`ve lived here over 30 years and like it very much. House prices more reasonable than Brighton Shoreham and Worthing.

Great, by the sea and Sussex Downs railway Station. Good Service, just over one hour to London, 40 min drive, loads of drive to Gatwick Airport, 20 min drive to Brighton, 5 min to Worthing. Loads of Buses etc.
