  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.

  • Bit dross really. The town centre is on its knees due to the effect of parking charges, Tesco's and too much retail moving out to industrial estates. Fairly rough on Friday and Saturday nights if you care to tour theseedy pubs that still survive. Local community has been heavily diluted to over development and too many incomers with minimal integration. Surrounding nearby villages also suffer from similar problems. Local countryside also degrated from effects of intensive dairy farming. My name is Martin and I am 55 and lived in and around "Lanson" for most of my life. My Dad was Chair of the chamber of commerce in the town in the late sixties and seventies when the town was a vibrant cornish market town.
