Failure to register property on purchase.

It looks like our solicitor hasn't registered our property with the Land Registry. Do I need to panic?

  • Depends how long ago you bought your house. It can take up to six months or longer for details to update on Land Registry.

  • No need to panic, just contact the Land Registry. It could just be a clerical error.
