Why would a house change ownership a lot more times than the average?

  • Some smaller family homes are moved from more often due to the need for more space and visa versa if the property is larger. There might be no other reason than there has to be some properties which have a high turnover, it is just the way it goes.

  • Hi, This could be all down to personal preference, where the home owner has circumstances that dictate a move, such as starting a family, up-sizing or change of area due to job relocations.
