No ,the McCartney Home - sorry can't remember number, is owned by the National Trust and can only be visited by minibus tour from NT property Speke Hall, and numbers are limited so you need to book. It is combined with a tour to Mendips, John Lennons home about a mile away.

Yes. 20 Forthlin Road is the former home of Sir Paul. Now owned by the National Trust. You can enter the home only with a guided tour, The tour is so very inspiring. In my case even emotional. To stand in the house and hear Pauls voice, to look out the window and see the same sights he had seen. The guide John had some nice stories to tell and was charming with his scouse accent. He even looked a bit like Paul. I highly recommend taking this tour as it also takes you to Mendips. Johns' childhood home on Menlove Avenue where he lived with his aunt Mimi and backs on to Strawbewrry Field, the inspiration for the song. A Beatles fan dream come true.
