  • Depends what can be done with it. If nothing - ie agricultural / amenity, it is worth peanuts, less than £2,000 per acre, which is 50p per m2! If the land adjoins housing and can become an extended garden, it is worth what that one person will pay. My friend bought a £360k house, and doubled her garden for £20k, after the landowner was refused permission to build a house there. If the land cannot be built on, but has permission for something else, ie a waste station, it is worth a lot more.
