It's a beautiful place to live, we are on the Burry Estuary facing the Gower Peninsula and half and hour from the Towy Valley which is exceptionally pretty. The town centre is limited but we have a large retail park on the edge of the town with free parking. We are 15 mins from Swansea by car and have excellent links to the m4. The town is also on the mainline for London Shrewsbury and Manchester. There is of course a rowdy element out at the weekend like most towns. The town is very pleasant to live with a population of 48,000 and many new housing developments being built. We have two excellent golf courses. One is a Jack Nicklaus development with a very up market spa built right on the coast. All in all, it's a good place to live and there is an hourly train service to Paddington and Cardiff is 1 hour 20 min.
