The council rates for Housing Allowance are published every few months. Providing you occupy the property fully then the amount is the maximum you can claim. The latest figures I have were for september Number of bedrooms Category Weekly Monthly Shared Room Rate A £58.85 £255.02 1 Bedroom Self Contained B £83.08 £360.01 2 Bedrooms C £103.85 £450.02 3 Bedroom D £121.15 £524.98 4 Bedrooms E £173.08 £750.01 5 Bedrooms F £196.15 £849.98
