Are there any developments on the lovely listed old Marylebone Fire Station....rumour was that is was going to be turned into a cool boutique hotel as Portman Estate take Chiltern Street upmarket...like Marylebone High Street ?

The Listed old Fire Station now has planning permission from Westminster Council to be converted into a chic boutique hotel by Andre Balazs (http://www.andrebalazsproperties.com). Portman Estates will be investing £1m into Chiltern Street to enhance the area as part of the planning deal.
