  • Zoopla! lists every property in the UK. 'Claiming' a property indicates that you are the current owner of the property. By doing so, you have more options to refine the details of the property in order to improve the home value estimate; get email updates about home value estimate changes; set a TemptMe! price amongst other things. You can claim multiple properties if you are in the fortunate position to actually own more than one.
