What's it like to live in Chingford Hatch?
What are the pros and cons of living here? Is there much greenery in the area?

Chingford Hatch is a good place to live if you have a budget of up to £300,000. Chingford & Highams Park train stations are about 1 mile away and take you into London Liverpool street in 20 to 25 minutes. The local scools (Longshaw Primary and Heathcote secondary) have good reputations. Woodford Golf course (part of Epping Forest) is on your doorstep which is also a public park and is popular with dog walkers and families looking for some fresh air. For further info about the Chingford Hatch property market, speak to the local experts.
