What's it like to live in Clapham Junction?
Is there much greenery in the area? Are the people friendly?

I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are, this will also give you a guide to house prices and movement of the market within the area. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

Yeah, there's a lot of greenery indeed - two main commons of Clapham and Wandsworth, plus a few smaller parks. people are pretty friendly - a lot of "young professionals" lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and small shops just down northcote road
