What's it like to live in Collier's Wood?

How does it compare to the areas around? What are the pros and cons of living here?

  • I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are . You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.

  • More peaceful than Tooting, not as chic as earlsfield. Expect more bang for your buck though. The high street's not great but you have the retail parks.. There are some nice parks and playgrounds, not sure about schools. Avoid smallwood primary though. Good routes out of town towards A3 and in that direction the area improves. I like Colliers Wood. I live in Tooting Bec, which is better, look it up.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
