What's it like to live in Covent Garden?

What are the pros and cons of living here? Are the people friendly?

  I live in California, but have a holiday flat in Covent Garden. Part of Covent Garden is in Camden, and part in Westminster. My place at Seven Dials is a fantastic location for the Theatre District. I am quite happy there, although I wish I had bought a larger place.
