What's it like to live in Crouch End?

Is it a safe area? Is there much greenery in the area?

  • Absolutely safe, great schools, brilliant, loads of parks and open spaces and some sensational resturaunts. Many supermarkets Waitrose, M&S food etc. not too far from Sainsbury's. Lovely people - other nearby areas are (Harringay N8 / Muswell Hill N10) which are also beautiful. All 3 areas have houses from £600,000 but these (as well as Highgate, Barnet, Aldermans Hill and Hampstead) are by far the best in North London

  • Very safe and good greenery but since the 90s has been a very very expensive area to live in especially near Muswell Hill and Shepherds Hill. Very much of a proud community feel like the rest of the borough and many people around here have always been keen to make the area even better! But if the area is improved Crouch End will only be for millionaires!

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
