What's it like to live in Earlsfield?
Is it an area on the up? How does it compare to the areas around?

I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

Earlsfield is incredibly easy to live in. it has some of the best amenities on your doorstep - cinema, supermakets, coffee shops, green spaces. It's easy to get into town with the choice of train, tube from Southfields, Tooting or Wimbledon Park, bus or an easy cycle. Cab-able home from central London at night. It's good for single people or for young families as the kids facilities are everywhere if you want them. But you know what it isn't? It isn't, however, flash. Things are a little tatty, there is some crime, some loud youths hanging about. It's not scary but there is a definite mix of people, not all are the nicest, but there are loads of lovely couples and families and singletons. Also quite a few Antipodeans who liven the place up around certain pubs. I've lived there on and off for years in 3 different flats as a singleton and now married and we love it.
