What's it like to live in Friday Hill?
How does it compare to the areas around? What are the pros and cons of living here?

Friday Hill has a good stock of smaller and therefore lower priced 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Because of this it is popular with first time buyers and small families looking to move up from a leasehold property. Longshaw Primary School is the local primary and Heathcote is the local secondary. Both these schools have a good reputation. For commuters, Chingford train station is about 15 minutes walk away and takes you in to London Liverpool Street in around 25 minutes. For any further advice regarding the Friday Hill property market, speak to the local experts.
