What's it like to live in Honor Oak Park?

Is it an area on the up? What kind of people live around here?

  • I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website for that area which gives you an up to date overview of the area.

  • Fantastic! We moved to HOP from East Dulwich two years ago and have been much happier here. The childcare is brilliant - Seedlings Nursery in particular and there are 5 primary schools within walking distance all Good or Outstanding. The overground is quick to Canada Water and the Jubilee Line and also only ten mins from London Bridge. The selection of convenient food shops used to be a big drawback, but a Sainsburys has just been approved! Fab parks nearby, restaurants (Babur and Le Querce) and great housing stock at an affordable price. I'd say most people around here have mid range paid jobs ie creatives/journalists/teachers, have young children and probably their first or second house purchase.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
