What's it like to live in Maida Hill?
What are the pros and cons of living here? Is there much greenery in the area?

Maida Hill is a great part of London. Taking its name from Maida Vale and Notting Hill - it's central and calm yet close enough to the action. Well served for parks/sports, some great schools and superb gastro pubs it's ideal for families who haven't given up on life as they knew it! ;-)

I lived there for 10 years and it is great place to live - feels quite like a village but is well connected to central London - great bus network. For a 20something it was really fun as it is close to Portabello market and all the nice bars in Notting Hill. Not sure I completely agree with the other comment as I had a few friends with kids who moved from the area because they thought it was bit rough around the edges to bring up kids.
