What's it like to live in Maida Vale?

What are the pros and cons of living here? Is it a safe area?

  Maida Vale is a fantastic area to live in. There is a great community feel and you are only moments from the West End via the Bakerloo Line. There is also a lot of green with wide tree lined street and Paddington Recreational Ground which offers a running track, tennis courts and five a side football.
